Delphine Caruelle is Associate Professor in Marketing at Kristiania University College. She received her Ph.D. from BI Norwegian Business School.
Her primary research interests lie at the intersection of service marketing and consumer behavior. Delphine investigates how consumers experience and respond to various types of service encounters. She notably focuses on the emotional dimension of customer experience. Her work embraces the use of diverse types of data (e.g., survey, physiological data) collected in multiple ways (e.g., secondary data sources, experiments, field studies).
Delphine has presented her research at academic conferences such as Frontiers in Service, EMAC Doctoral Colloquium, and QUIS Symposium and she has published in Journal of Business Research. She won the Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Award in 2018.
Prior to entering academia, Delphine worked as Consumer Insights Specialist at Opera Software.
