Silje Straume

Silje Straume is the program director for the Bachelor’s program in Project management for art and creative industries and college lecturer at Kristiania University College. She has a diverse educational background, teacher education (music, main percussion), Spanish language and literature studies from Argentina and an education in project management for art and creative industries.

She has a master's degree in social change, organization and management, with a particular focus on personnel management within festival organizations. Silje has experience from various productions within the creative industry. She has also been the project manager for a development project at Molde University College and the Student Society in Molde and worked in the administration of the Molde International Jazz Festival.

Silje is a teacher and supervisor in the field of project management.
