Background
Tohid Ghanbarpour is an associate professor at Kristiania College. He received his Ph.D. in marketing from BI Norwegian Business School. His research interests are rooted in the understanding how marketing strategies, investments, and actions (e.g., capabilities, corporate social responsibility, customer relationship management, etc.) influence firm performance outcomes. This influence extends from product market performance to financial outcomes, with a special emphasis on how these actions contribute to shareholder wealth creation. His primary research goals are twofold: to uncover consistent patterns that explain the relationship between marketing strategies and firm performance and to explore the factors that determine the boundaries of these patterns. Ghanbarpour has published his work in ecognized journals such as, Journal of Business Research, Psychology and Marketing, and Journal of Service Research.
