Background
Ulf Stigen is Assistant Professor at Kristiania University College. Stigen teaches Service Management. He also has his own small company, Escalera AS, where he works with expectation management, customer satisfaction, the customer journey and customer feedback. Ulf started his tourism career with Ving in Mallorca, before moving on to Zurich, Stuttgart and Sydney. Extensive management experience gained from working for various organizations in Germany, Switzerland, Australia, USA and Norway. These include highly effective management and consultancy skills using various languages, and experience and specialist knowledge of the cultures of European countries.
