Consent for use of photos

Kristiania University College/Kristiania Vocational School (hereafter collectively referred to as "Kristiania") wishes to take photo(s)/video/audio recordings of you that we can freely use in both printed materials and digital platforms for our informational purposes for up to three years. Kristiania is responsible for the handling of the images, and this handling is based on your consent.

Consent is voluntary.

We will keep the images in the Kristiania photo archive as long as you do not object to this. It is voluntary to allow Kristiania to use images of you, so you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you must do so in writing and send it by email to behandlingsansvarlig@kristiania.no.

Your privacy - your rights

If you can be identified in a picture, it is personal information. When we store images of you, it means that we have personal information about you.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have registered about you
• Correct personal information about you
• Delete personal information about you, i.e., have images of you removed, deleted, or obscured
• Receive a copy of your personal information

You also have the right to file a complaint with the privacy ombudsman (personvernombud@kristiania.no) or the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about the processing of your personal information.
