About Office 365 and 2016
All students at Kristiania University College have access to Office 365 and can download the Office 2016 suite to their computers.
What is Office 365?
Office 365 is a Microsoft web service with online versions of the Office apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. You can also download the Office apps on up to five different computers, and you can use your student account to log in to the mobile apps.
By using Office 365, you can access your school work anytime and anywhere, as long as you have an Internet connection and a web browser.
How do I log in?
Click the link on our front page to access the Office 365 login page.
Then log in using your regular Feide user details from Kristiania University College (not Westerdals).
Do I get the Office suite?
Yes! As long as you are a student at Kristiania University College, you can install Office 2016 on up to five computers. Click here to view our instructions on how to install the Office suite.
You can use the Office suite apps on mobile devices, which you can download for free from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Then, you log in with your Feide user account.
Do I have an email address?
Yes! Your student e-mail address is:
[your-Feide-username]@student.kristiania.no
Log in to Office 365 and open Outlook to read and send e-mail from this account.

What can I do?
With Office 365, you can easily collaborate with your fellow students by sharing documents and notebooks in OneNote, which everyone can work on in real-time, either in their web browser or using the Office 2016 apps. In addition, you can join groups and create shared notebooks in OneNote, where everyone can take notes in class and work together to understand and organise everything you need to.
What about storage?
As a student you have available (1 TB = 1000 GB) of free cloud storage with your student account. You can download the OneDrive app on your devices and quickly access any files stored in OneDrive on any computer or mobile device with the app installed, and on the Office 365 website, which you can access from anywhere.
In Windows 10, you can log directly in the OneDrive app that comes with your computer.
