Our receptions are equipped with first aid kits and defibrillators, and our staff have completed basic first aid training, including the use of defibrillators, evacuation procedures, and handling other unforeseen events. Please do not hesitate to contact us if assistance is needed.

Lost and found items are collected at the receptions of our campuses and kept for up to 2 months. Clothing is then delivered for reuse, valuable items are handed over to the Police Lost Property Office, and bank and credit cards are returned to the card issuer.

We make every effort to contact the owner of any lost items we receive. Please reach out to us if you have lost something.

We can receive and make material available if it is deemed relevant for our students. Typically, this material is made accessible near our receptions or posted on designated bulletin boards throughout the buildings.

Please refrain from using tape to hang material, as it leaves adhesive residue on walls and fixtures.

The department ensures the security of Kristiania's campuses by implementing access control and visually monitoring the movement of individuals entering and exiting our buildings. We kindly ask everyone to contribute to creating a safe and conducive learning and working environment for students and staff by not allowing unauthorized individuals into our buildings and being vigilant in closing windows and doors when leaving rooms.
