Studies of political leadership and innovation in a Norwegian context. We aim to contribute to developing political leadership as an academic field in Norway, while simultaneously contributing to practical applications and participating in the public debate on political leadership.

Background
The research group "Politics, Innovation, and Leadership" is an interdisciplinary group that conducts research on a wide range of topics within political economy. The research covers areas such as expert political influence, lobbying, inequality, power, public policy innovation, political processes, and political leadership. The members of the group regularly publish in international academic journals and other publishing channels. The research group has a stated goal of communicating research findings to a broader audience and actively contributing to public debates on political issues.
