Orientation meetings
We will hold orientation meetings before the semester starts. The exact dates is announced in your admission letter. We will give you a tour of the campuses, you’ll meet the International Office, get an introduction to Norway and Kristiania, obtain your access card, and meet different student organizations and advisers. The Orientation days for autumn 2024 will be 8 August 11.00 in Kvadraturen, Kirkegata 24, and 9 August at 10.00 in Fjerdingen, Christian Kroghs gate 32. Sign up for the Orientation days.

IT Services and access
A few weeks before the semester begins, we will send you an SMS with your user account details. Please make sure your mobile phone number is correct to receive the SMS.

IT Support
Kristiania UC’s IT support has comprehensive information about the different IT solutions and services on its.
Available systems
The following systems are available to you when you have received your Kristiania User ID and password(FEIDE). In addition, the National Student ID app can be downloaded to get discounts on different services.

Library
Kristiania UC Library has several locations. In Oslo you can find the Library in Kvadraturen at Kongens gate 22 and Fjerdingen at Christian Krogh’s gate, and in Bergen in Kalfarveien at the Hansaparken Campus. They can help you with finding resources, how to master academic writing, and a quiet place to study.
Mazemap – Navigating the different campuses
Kristiania consists of several campuses, with the main ones in Oslo, being Kvadraturen, Fjerdingen, and Urtegata. Mazemap is a tool used to navigate different buildings. You can download the app from Google Play or iTunes.

Rules and regulations
By accepting the admission offer and starting your exchange at Kristiania University College, you must acquaint yourself with our rules and regulations, privacy policies, IPR, etc.
Exams
Most of the information regarding your exams will be published in Canvas. Administrative and other formal questions relating to format, appeals, and explanation of grades can be found on the Examination Office’s website Please write from your Kristiania email and remember to include your course code.
AFSO – Dept. for Student Services
Student Services is the primary point of contact for students at Kristiania University College. Our staff are very helpful and will provide you with useful assistance. All employees in Student Services are bound to a duty of confidentiality. Each course of study has a dedicated contact person. You can book a student counselor and talk about everything from study accommodation to homesickness.
