has a broad knowledge of the dissemination of the musical theatre field and the performance thereof, using different methods, tools and processes from the academic field.
is capable of learning and applying concepts of instructors and choreographers through active analysis and reflection, and knows how to translate these into artistic practice and communicate them to an audience.

Skills

possesses a high degree of technical expertise, stage presence, reflection and awareness of themself as a performer and a creative artist, both in principal roles and as part of an ensemble.
can show their own reflection and artistic signature through their skills
can follow the instructions of creative artists based on professional terminology from both musical theatre and its three main disciplines.
can be an integrated part of an overall expression, an actor who both takes and gives focus, conveying a personal artistic expression in a way that serves the overall artistic expression of the show.
can employ performance mastery tools, and choose between different methods allowing them to perform at a given time or over time, like a period of performance.

General competence

has good insight into relevant academic and ethical issues in the performing arts, also as a musical theatre performer, and contributes to developing the professional field by acting ethically and jointly in collaboration with colleagues.
is fully competent in planning and executing a variety of tasks in both smaller and bigger musical theatre productions.
can convey academic knowledge and professional issues at a high level. They can share experiences from productions, teaching and general professional knowledge with other members of the field, thereby contributing to the development of good practices.
