has knowledge of the rights and obligations arising from the collective wage agreements for organisations and their members, the relationship between the collective wage agreement and the employment contract and the mandatory effect of the collective wage agreement
has knowledge of collective negotiations
has knowledge of conflicts of interests and legal disputes and how these can be resolved
has knowledge of the responsibilities assigned to public sector agencies with regard to this element of employment law
