know the content of pure center, and important ethical aspects of sports in general, and the use of doping in particular.

Skills

can prepare and present short-term training plans for people with different goals in different parts of their life cycle.
can justify why one has planned / implemented that training model, and in particular justify this in relation to the use of basic principles, against the purpose of the training session.
can demonstrate practical skills in the preparation of training plans. can exchange views and experiences with others in the subject area and through this contribute to a culture where one works towards developing best practices in the areas that are most important for achieving good results in relation to a defined goal
