The foundation of my work is research-based knowledge and my mission is to inspire more positive, engaged, empowered and sustainable leadership at the individual, group and organizational levels.

During 2019-2021, I was the head of a master programme in leadership (at HK) and from 2013-2016 I was the head of a master in innovation and leadership programme at (USN). I love to teach and lecture, and was awarded best lecturer by the Master students in leadership of 2021,

I also conduct work shops, leadership development and keynote speeches on selected topics. Collaborating with modern organizations and leaders in practice is a prerequisite for the work I do as an associate professor, and thus a priority alongside this role.
